Annual General Meeting 2026

The Club Annual General Meeting is held every year in April or May, either in Central London, or hosted by a Branch. The business part of the meeting is normally followed by some entertainment.

The 73rd Annual General  Meeting will be held on Saturday 25th April 2026

This year's Annual General  Meeting, the 73rd, will be held on Saturday 25th April 2026, commencing at 14:00 (doors open at 13:00), at St Bartholomew's Church, 47 Vesta Avenue, St Albans, AL1 2PE.

1. Welcome and apologies for any absence
2. Chairman’s opening remarks
3. Minutes of the last meeting, and matters arising
4. Receipt and discussion of the Officers’ Reports
5. Adoption of the Accounts for 2025 (Independently Examined)
6. Election of Independent Account Examiners
7. Election of the Management Committee
8. Any Other Competent Business

It is planned to provide an Enthusiast Presentation afterwards.
The meeting should finish before 4.30 pm., with the possibility of a social event to round off the day.

There is a car park available at the church, with easy access from M1 Junctions 6 or 7, or M25 Junctions 21A or 22.

For public transport users the nearest stations are St Albans City (2.7km/1.7miles) or St Albans Abbey (1km/0.7miles). There is an hourly service S5 from St Peter's Street (City Centre) via St Albans Abbey Station to near the church.
